30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags (if applicable) must be attached.
  • The item must not be washed or altered.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

VINTAGE CONDITION DISCLAIMER

All items sold by RACKS are vintage or pre-owned unless stated otherwise.

Due to the nature of vintage garments:

  • Minor wear, fading, or small imperfections may be present.
  • These characteristics are considered part of the garment’s history.
  • These do not qualify as defects.

Each piece is inspected and described carefully before listing.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

EXCHANGES

Because most of our pieces are one-of-one, exchanges may not always be possible.

If you wish to exchange an item, contact us and we will review availability.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or significantly misrepresented item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos
  • Description of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

DROP POLICY

All drops are limited.

Once a piece sells out, it may not be restocked.

Returns do not guarantee availability of the same item.
